The Gold Standard in Coconut Oil – Coconut Revolution



Our organic coconut farm in the south of Thailand is the beginning of the Coconut Revolution story.  Located in the Tapee River Delta, our unique coconut palms are enhanced with abundant natural nutrients, a result of the distinctive soil, tidal river water and monsoonal rainfall patterns.  Most travellers who come to southern Thailand are attracted to the highly developed destinations of Phuket or Koh’Samui.  The farming community of our pristine delta is supported by your choice of Coconut Revolution products.

Once our coconuts are harvested, they are transported to our state-of-the-art laboratory and manufacturing facility, about an hour from Bangkok. Our facility carries an ISO 22000 rating, is GMP certified, HACCP certified and carries four organic certifications including JAS (Japan), USDA (United States), EU (European Union) & ACO (Australia).

After inspection, the husks are removed by hand and then the nuts finely chopped. The oil is then extracted - not only from the flesh but the brown kernel coating, also called coconut testa. The kernel oil enriches our products with higher levels of natural antioxidants such as tocopherols, tocotrienols and phenolics.  When liquid, you will also see that our oil has a beautiful golden hue, the result of including the brown kernel coat.


The extraction process involves three cycles of a hydraulic press and filtration through three micropores of decreasing size, to ensure purity. Our Virgin Coconut Oil has no additives or artificial flavours. It does contain high levels (42%) of Lauric Acid, a medium-chain fatty acid found in human breast milk, as well as Caprylic Acid (7%) and Capric Acid (5%), also medium-chain fatty acids.
