Coconut Body Butters – Coconut Revolution

With the COVID-19 restrictions lifting, it’s so good to catch up with some old friends. That’s what I feel about the Coconut Body Butters. These are our most luxuriant skin moisturisers.

Body Butters:

Once a week or fortnight, it’s worth taking some time out of your busy schedule to just ‘chill’. This is fabulous for all aspects of your life. Perhaps you can squeeze it in after a heavy workout at the gym, or cardio circuit, when you are absolutely spent.

If done properly, you will refresh your body, mind and essence. By ‘properly’, what does this mean?

Firstly, put on some calming music – like that used for a massage; not just something you always listen to on a daily basis. It has to be different to make it special. It has to be subtle without a bass beat.

Secondly, fill a tub with warm water and decant a few drops of your favourite fragrant essential oils, like Lavender, Ylang ylang, or Geranium, to allow you to breathe in the gentle oils. Lie down in the tub and close your eyes. Listen to the gentle music; breathe in the healing oils, and focus on relaxing your body like a wave flowing downwards with each exhalation. Lie in this position for at least 15 minutes to gain a real benefit.

If you don’t have a tub, then take a refreshing shower to cleanse away the grime of the day and then prepare to lie down in a comfortable place – your bed or lounge, or on a padded towel on the floor.

After your bath or shower, pat yourself dry and do the next important step in your ‘Chill Out’ program. This is especially important if you are the type of person who suffers from dry or flaky skin. Reach out for your favourite Coconut Body Butter and spread the luxuriant butter all over your body. Your forearms and elbows, shins and calves, heels and feet are all targeted areas and need the butter massaged into your skin.

Now lie down on your prepared space and close your eyes. While still listening to the gentle music, feel the Coconut Body Butters absorbing into your parched skin like a gentle tide nurturing and enriching. Relax your body further with each exhalation. Lie in this position for as long as you can; the longer, the better.
